Heritage Creekside

Heritage Creekside will become a new urban neighborhood development for single-home residences and businesses in the G. Bush Turnpike; stretching between Alma and Custer roads, which will be planned just west of the new State Farm Insurance regional campus in Richardson. The creek through the property is critical to the project. The client wanted a professional design to the identity to attract businesses with a touch of neighborly accent. The creek and a "tree" was suggested... but really it was insisted. The process was clear to me to design a representation of what they really wanted but not with an actual tree.
